Hack Frontier provides luxury hunting and fishing adventure services throughout Australia, including but not limited to:
- Guided hunting expeditions
- Premium fishing adventures
- Luxury accommodation arrangements
- Equipment provision and maintenance
- Transportation and logistics
- Specialized adventure packages
3. Booking and Payment Terms
3.1 Booking Process
- All bookings must be confirmed with a minimum 50% deposit
- Full payment is required 30 days prior to adventure commencement
- Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation
- We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion
3.2 Pricing
- All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise specified
- Prices include GST where applicable
- Additional costs may apply for special requests or modifications
- Prices are subject to change without notice
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
4.1 Client Cancellation
- 90+ days before departure: Full refund minus 10% administration fee
- 60-89 days before departure: 75% refund
- 30-59 days before departure: 50% refund
- Less than 30 days: No refund
4.2 Company Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel adventures due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will provide a full refund or reschedule the adventure at no additional cost.
5. Safety and Liability
5.1 Client Responsibilities
- Follow all safety instructions and guidelines provided by our guides
- Disclose any medical conditions or physical limitations
- Maintain appropriate travel and health insurance
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Respect wildlife and environmental conservation practices
5.2 Limitation of Liability
Adventure activities involve inherent risks. By participating, you acknowledge and assume these risks. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by Australian law. We are not liable for:
- Personal injury or death resulting from your own actions or negligence
- Loss or damage to personal property
- Delays or changes due to weather or circumstances beyond our control
- Failure to enjoy the experience or meet personal expectations
6. Age and Health Requirements
- Participants must be at least 18 years old or accompanied by a guardian
- All participants must be in good physical health
- Medical clearance may be required for certain activities
- Alcohol and substance use during activities is strictly prohibited
7. Equipment and Property
- All equipment remains the property of Hack Frontier
- Clients are responsible for any damage to equipment due to negligence
- Personal equipment use is subject to approval by our guides
- Lost or damaged equipment will be charged at replacement cost
8. Photography and Media
- We may photograph or film activities for promotional purposes
- By participating, you consent to use of your likeness in our marketing
- You may opt-out of photography by notifying us in writing
- Professional photography services are available at additional cost
9. Environmental and Wildlife Protection
- All activities comply with Australian wildlife protection laws
- Sustainable and ethical practices are mandatory
- Hunting quotas and licenses are strictly enforced
- Environmental damage may result in additional charges
10. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters or extreme weather conditions
- Government actions or travel restrictions
- Labor disputes or strikes
- Public health emergencies
- Acts of terrorism or civil unrest
11. Privacy and Data Protection
Your personal information is protected under our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
12. Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes will be resolved through mediation before legal action
- Australian law governs these terms and any disputes
- Courts of New South Wales have exclusive jurisdiction
- Class action lawsuits are not permitted
